This is really easy. First thing you need to understand is for every 1 year that passes in Marvel time, 3 years pass in real time. Once you know that the rest is easy.

Minus the year of their first appearance from the current year. Divide by three. Add the age they were in their first appearance.

Example: Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat). First appearance 1980, age then: 13.

2012 - 1980 = 32.

32 / 3 = 10.66

10.66 + 13 = 23.66

Kitty is 23 and 2/3rds years old and will turn 24 next year because that will complete the three year for every one year mark.

Now the 1:3 ratio is a quote from Stan Lee himself, it’s not exact and writers take liberties with ages often, however it’s a good approximation.
